Losing weight gradually is a much better option than losing weight fast. If you lose weight gradually it will be good for you in the long run, your health risks wont be a concern. however, getting to the point, to lose weight gradually take heed of the following points:
- have your breakfast, watch your portion. It should be the size of your wrist. Usually you dont feel very hungry in the morning.
- Do your exercise for 20 mins. For example work the treadmill for 20 mins.
- Have your lunch, again watch your potion. Try to make it the size of your wrists if possible.
- DO NOT eat anything in between meals because this is the period your body will try to lose weight.
- Drink plenty of water to quench your thrist. Water will help cleanse your body of toxins.
- For dinner have it normal, if you can reduce your portion.
tip: drink plenty of water with your meals to fill your stomach. Exercise will help build thirst and resist the urge to eat junk.
