tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-76609909894298383872024-02-08T06:00:44.386-08:00Checkout What I Have To Share- CindyCindy Clairhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14396856403760566523noreply@blogger.comBlogger3125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7660990989429838387.post-27201299763730185482008-08-08T15:32:00.000-07:002008-08-08T17:22:37.442-07:00My special home-made pizza recipeIngredients(dough):<br />-2 cups normal flour<br />-2 cups hot water<br />-3 tablespoons baking soda<br /><br />Mix the dough with spoon and leave it for 10 mins to cool off.<br />Smooth out the dough and roll it into a pizza base with your desired thickness.<br /><br />Ingredients (toppings):<br />-one bunch coriander leaves and stems both(the more the better)<br />-one clove garlic <br />-chillies (for taste)<br />-1 can tuna or if you want you can substitute with anything else<br />-Grated pizza cheese <br />-1 can tomato sauce<br />-1/2 can pineapples<br />-200g butter (melt and pour into spraying can)<br />-2 large tomatoes (sliced thinly)<br /><br />Blend the coriander garlic and chillies into a fine paste (you can add water). Spread it onto your pizza dough pour some tomato sauce to easily smoothen out the paste. Then sprinkle some cheese,your meat on top, again pour tomato sauce as much as it can hold (dont hesitate). Sprinkle the leftover cheese, spray the butter on it decorate the tomatoe slices. Finally, toss your pizza into your preheated oven. <br />When your crusts start turning golden brown its done! Well yes! thats what I mean. So thats when we decided to go to the mountains. It was sooo much fun though Im really exhausted now. Anyways we did mountain climbing, bush walking and all that. It was soo cool we got to see such rare things. Best of all whenever I go out I look for natural things which can be used for home decor and then my eye caught this really beautiful piece of grass dried up with spiky ends and so naturally shaped for a perfect vase. If you lose weight gradually it will be good for you in the long run, your health risks wont be a concern. however, getting to the point, to lose weight gradually take heed of the following points:<br /><br /><br />- have your breakfast, watch your portion. It should be the size of your wrist. Usually you dont feel very hungry in the morning.<br /><br />- Do your exercise for 20 mins. For example work the treadmill for 20 mins. <br /><br />- Have your lunch, again watch your potion. Try to make it the size of your wrists if possible.<br /><br />- DO NOT eat anything in between meals because this is the period your body will try to lose weight.<br /><br />- Drink plenty of water to quench your thrist. Water will help cleanse your body of toxins.<br /><br />- For dinner have it normal, if you can reduce your portion.<br /><br />tip: drink plenty of water with your meals to fill your stomach.
